Audrey Guichon

Audrey is a senior program officer at the Freedom Fund; before that she worked for 7 years with Anti-Slavery International, and has over 10 years experience of working on issues related to slavery and a particular interest in the situation of migrant and child domestic workers around the world. She has managed programs across Africa, Asia and South America.

Beth Herzfeld

Beth is currently in charge of media for the International Institute for Environment and Development. She has 17 years' experience of working in media relations for international and national NGOs / charities, including for The Children’s Society, Greenpeace International and Anti-Slavery International. She also worked as a journalist for several years in Hong Kong and the UK and lived in Beijing for nearly a decade.

Gillian Harrow, Chair

Currently Senior Partnerships Advisor at World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Gillian was previously the Operations Director at CRIN - Child Rights International Network, leading in monitoring, advocating and campaigning against all global child rights violations. Prior to CRIN, Gillian spent five years in Canada as the Development Manager at SOS Children's Village BC, Co-Director of Cameras4Change and Development Director for an infant and maternal health organisation based in Vancouver and Uganda. She has worked in strategic planning and fundraising with Save the Children UK and a number of international development programs in Africa, Latin America, South-East Asia and South-East Europe.


Toral Shah, Treasurer

Toral is currently Head of Fundraising for Child Poverty Action Group, the leading charity working to prevent and end child poverty in the UK. Toral has over 17 years' experience in the voluntary sector and fundraising with national/ international and human rights organisations including Anti-Slavery International, Consortium for Street Children and the Refugee Council. Toral has worked as a fundraising consultant, trainer and adviser on a freelance basis and for organisations including Commonwork and Liverpool CVS. She has previously served as a Trustee of a small grant-making charitable trust and on the Board of an arts company.
