Our current Treasurer, the wonderfully fun and talented Toral Shah, is stepping down after serving over five years on our Board of Trustees. We are so grateful for her support but we are consequently looking for a new treasurer who can support our activities going forward. Tasks for the treasurer include hands-on accountancy (such as book-keeping, preparing or reviewing budgets for consultancy and/or project proposals) and oversight of financial governance (preparing and presenting financial reports to the board on a regular basis, and supporting the Company Secretary to submit financial accounts to the Charity Commission and Companies House). You will join a small board of four trustees that hopes to move from meeting online every 2-3 months during the pandemic to meeting face-to-face (in London) in the future.
