This summary report, which should be of interest to policymakers, academics and practitioners alike, seeks to situate child domestic work in the current global context. By digesting cutting-edge research and practice the paper discusses the variety of lenses through which the practice is viewed and the implications of what we know for interventions, as well as the positive and negative impacts of child domestic work and its connections to issues of current concern – including sexual violence, street-connectedness and child marriage.
